What is Twitter?
Some of you might have heard of Twitter and are wondering what it is about. I have seen a few posts on the various Freebie Trading Forums asking about it. So I thought I would address it here so that those Traders in method 2 can learn about it and how they can use it for Freebie Trading.
Twitter is a micro-blogging, social networking service. It allows you to update your status and send a message to all your followers at once. Your status is where you can put in any message under 140 characters. People who are interested in hearing your “Tweets” can sign up to “follow you”. Then when you update your status or “tweet” they will see your message on their twitter board. There are also numerous clients for Twitter as well as the original online service. You can “Follow” others that discuss things you are interested in. I have actually heard news on Twitter before it comes out on tv!!
How can you use this for Freebie Trading and Making Money Quick? If you are in Method 2 and trying to get referrals via a blog or website, Twitter is a great way to help get traffic to your site. If you develop a following of people there is a good chance they might go check out that blog post you just tweeted about. You also get your links out there more by tweeting them. You don’t have to just tweet about freebie trading you can tweet about life, weather, interests etc. It’s actually really fun!

Twitter is now popular because of its unique platform. In fact, I think it is working alongside with Facebook.
Personally, I got Facebook and Twitter accounts and they seem to complement each other.
