There are some great Twitter Clients out there that can make your use of twitter more effective and easier. Additional Information! I just discovered that Tweet Deck one of the Clients I reviewed has had an upgrade and apparently has multiple account capabilities and is offering an iphone application as well!! I will post more once I use it!
